Patti McCoy Jacob interviews me this morning in the Yorba Linda Star. Among the topics discussed are what influenced me to become a critic, what I like about it, how I choose books for reviews and a few others. (Note that the address of my website is wrong. The site mentioned is the one you're reading here.)
You read 144 books last year?? :)

I knew you'd read 144 books because I read your blog.
Who is this Jacob woman? Let's get her in here and interview her! Turn the tables, Montgomery.

Oh, to have more reviewers like that!
Jim Fusilli got so discouraged, he gave it up. Don't let that happen to you. Most writers are deeply in the debt of reviewers because they cannot hope for support from publishers or readers.

There was a typo in the story... it says "renowned" when it was supposed to say "quite round."

Didn't they give out the wrong URL for your site?
